Meeting at Nagpur

   
Congratulations to New Working committee body elected in Bhopal meeting.  We Pharmacist of   Nagpur C.Rly & SECRly Div very happy towards formation of new team WHO WILL FIGHT FOR OUR LONG DEMAND OF WITHDRAWAL OF gr pay 2800/- which is the real barrier in our carrier promotions.

    In my opinion fight against injustice will now move in the right direction.Soon we Nagpur Pharmacist are planning for such a Meeting at our Zonal level & to invite our New GS & President to join the Discussion on future SEVENTH pay comm. Dates I will communicate later.

      4200 GP as initial entry grade implemented in Central Railway for the new recruitment appointed through RRB C E N 01/2009,06/2010, 05/2012.
      Now These employee are placed in gr pay 4200 instead of PB-1 GP 2800 as advised by CPO Mumbai C.Rly. Letter 11/02/15.

    Initial Grade pay of 4200 implemented in Central Railway
    Pharmacist Grade Pay 2800/- Now NO more applicable for New Recruitments from 2009.

    DEAR PHARMACISTS

    PLEASE THINK SERIOUSLY ABOUT OUR PROMOTION PROSPECTUS IN MEDICAL DEPARTMENT

    Presently in MEDICAL Department
    Pharmacist cadre in Medical Department can only be promoted as Chief Pharmacist & Asstt Pharmacy Officer.

    As Pharmacist are engaged in procurement of Medicines , Handling & Managing of Store , apart from dispensing. It is just like Divisional Material Supervisor working under STORE Department.
    DMS have future promotion prospectus as Store Officers & more.

    Doctors are NOT designated as Assistant Divisional Doctor / Divisional Doctor / Sr Divisional Doctor / Chief Doctor . in spite of that they are ADMO/DMO/SrDMO/CMS.
    Why Pharmacists could not be designated as Divisional Material Supervisor in spite of Pharmacist / Chief Pharmacist, so that they may also avail the promotional opportunity applicable to DMS working in STORE Department.

    Compare PHARMACIST's promotional prospectus in MEDICAL Department with Material Supervisors in STORE Department.

    NOW DEMAND FOR PROMOTION AS -----

    1. MEDICAL STORE SUPERVISOR ---(GP 4200/-)
    2. CHIEF MEDICAL STORE SUPERVISOR ---(GP 4600/-)
    3. ASSISTANT MEDICAL STORE OFFICER (Assistant Pharmacy Officer) ---(GP 5400/-)
    4. DIVISIONAL MEDICAL STORE OFFICER ---(GP 6600/-)
    5. SR DIVISIONAL MEDICAL STORE OFFICER ---(GP 7600/-)
