NFIR urge to Railway Board Regarding MACP

Core Committee met to GS/AIRF & GS/NFIR on 24-08-13

On 24-8-2013 Some of Pharmacists along with GS/ IRPA  met the AIRF, & NFIR  General secretaries and explained about the grievances about the Pharmacist cadre,  

1) To resolve the  entry grade pay 2800GP to 4200 G.P 

2) To resolve MACP anomalies 

3) To fill up the vacancies in indian railways

4) To ammend the IRMM 2009 

5) To ammend the latest yardstick issued to the medical department ( patient / pharmacist ratio as per the WHO, PCI, MIN  

     of  H&FW , LABOUR LAWS)

6)To implement  new HOER to the pharmacist cadre

7)To rectify the cadre restructring by giving  highest percentage in apex grade

8) to implement HPCA/PCA to all store pharmacist, and leftover catagories of medical department

9)To increase the percentage of GROUP B posts

                        

                The GS/IRPA NDLS extends sincere thanks to Shri M. Raghavaiah ji  GS/NFIR  and Shri Shivgopal mishra ji GS/ AIRF for giving their valuable time and considering our grievances  and  making the draft  and submitting to the Railway Board . GS/IRPA along with Sri L.S. chandel , Sandeep Chaurasia, S.P. Verma, Jaswant Singh , Monoj  kumar,Anand  Gupta, Umar Frooque GS/FIPO NDLS,& others   met SHRI M. RAGHAVAIAH Ji in the  Central hospital / New Delhi . In spite of his sickness  He spared time for cadre discussed many issues ' he called Sri Gautam  and asked to put the case at the earliest .Shri Shivgopal  mihra ji listened to our problems, he assured that he will make a Board PNM agenda .
