we should not ask for.,but we should bargain and It is obivious that we had failed in bargain since 4th CPC. It is clear by our Pay Scales. We had 1350 instead of 1400 in 4th CPC..., 4500 instead of 5500 in 5th CPC and now 2800 GP instead of 4800 GP. As It is clear discouragement for Pharmacy We would'nt get any patents, most of the Pharmacy colleges will shutdown soon and people suffer with the drugs of no quality control

When every diploma holders are placed in 4200 or above GP, why not PHS are granted 4200 GP
