I visit the website of IRPA and seen your circular for better regulation of union,every post of union should be Elective not mandatory.The formation of regional body not mentioned.Please fix up the work and responsibility of every post of union.On the whole it is very fine circular .Please circulate and impliment it in every division and zones soon.
It is nice move to add solidarity to our cadre in IR. The detail structure and its functions,limitations registration for legal presentations all gideliness in details to be made by general body and cater to all pharmacist by phones sms so it reaches to every one.
I think If u will inrtoduce another post like persons who will continuously works for the updates of cadre and passe it to our friends for further advice and implementation etc. This post will be at least @ central and Zonal bodies will work for better improvement.
