AIRF Letter to Railway Board 28-11-13

I think the airf letter no. AIRF/PNM/4/2011[154] DT. 28/11/13 should be uploaded in the irpa blog. its an very important correspondence w r to pharmacist cadre. a very clear letter from the union in favor of the pharmacist cadre is very welcome step and it could not have been possible without the untiring effort of the central leadership.congratulation to the team and the pharmacist cadre as a whole. i am attaching the letter for its upload into our blog.
